Rather uncommon vintage 8x10-inch black and white portrait of the mousy character actor and busy cartoon voice actor best remembered for "Top Cat" (1961-1962), boldly signed and inscribed in black felt-tip marker, probably in the early 1970s.  In fine condition, with a few negligible handling dings.
