Just great pencil signature on a 4.5 x 4.75-inch slip of white paper, inscribed to Marvel employee Al Kupperman, from whose estate this was recently acquired, adding "Fury's Alter Ego".  In good condition.  Comic book artist Jim Steranko is perhaps best remembered for the 1960s' super-spy feature "Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D." in Marvel Comics' Strange Tales and in the subsequent eponymous series. During the Silver Age of Comic Books, he gained great acclaim for his infusion of surrealism, op art and graphic design into the medium.
