Bold vintage blue fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch light green autograph album page, acquired in-person at the Hollywood Canteen in March of 1943. In very good condition and ideal for matting with a favorite photograph. Throughout the 1930s, supporting actor Lyle Talbot was typically cast as "other men, slimy cads and kindhearted pals with equal finesse. He was especially noteworthy in villain roles in four Bowery Boys pictures in that period. In his later years, he popped up in character roles in what he called "real stinkers:" The Three Stooges flick Gold Raiders (1951), and the Ed Wood favorites Glen of Glenda (1953), Jail Bait (1954) and Plan 9 from Outer Space (1959).
