Rare vintage 8x10-inch black and white portrait as Tattoo on T.V.'s "Fantasy Island" (1977-1984), his most famous role, boldly signed and inscribed in black marker in 1984. In very fine condition, with one minor ding to the top border. Parisian dwarf actor Herve Villechaize was elsewhere memorable as Beppo in The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight (1971), Nick Nack in the James Bond flick The Man with the Golden Gun (1974), and King Fausto of the Sixth Dimension in Forbidden Zone (1980) before committing suicide at the age of 50, due to his rapidly declining health. His autograph is highly elusive in any format.
