Alluring vintage 7x5-inch sepia-tone swimsuit pin-up shot, boldly signed and inscribed in black fountain pen in the 1940s. In very good condition, with one or two extremely minor handling dings. Gorgeous, promising Cheryl Walker played bit parts and supporting roles at Paramount and Warner Brothers beginning in 1938, also serving as Veronica Lake's double in Sullivan's Travels (1941). When it became clear she would never quite achieve the level of attention she deserved, she abandoned Hollywood not long after the Second World War, slipping into complete obscurity. Walker died of cancer at the age of 53 and her autograph is rather elusive in any format.
