Extremely rare vintage inscribed blue fountain pen signature on a 3 x 4.25-inch portion of a light blue autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1950s. In good condition, with light mounting remnants in the bottom right-hand corner, where a magazine image had once been affixed. Fascinating jazz, blues and pop singer and pianist Dinah Washington, considered one of the finest performers of the 1950s, died of a drug overdose at the age of 39. Her autograph is exceedingly difficult to acquire in any format.
