Extremely rare signature on 2x3-inch portion of a ran autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1970s. In good condition and ideal for matting with a favorite photograph. After working as a topless Law Vegas showgirl, bubbly blonde bombshell Carole Wayne began appearing as Johnny Carson's Matinee Lady on "The Tonight Show" (1969-1976) and in supporting roles on sitcoms like "I Dream of Jeannie" (1967), "Bewitched" (1969) and "Love, American Style" (1970-1972). In 1985, not long after appearing nude in Playboy Magazine, her lifeless body was found in a shallow bay in Mexico, near a resort where she had been vacationing with a companion. She was only 42. Her death was ruled an accident, but given the fact that she and her traveling partner had bitterly argued not long before her demise, foul play was initially suspected.
