Original vintage 8x10-inch sepia-tone publicity portrait for Slattery's Hurricane (1949), boldly signed in black felt-tip marker in the early 1980s. In good condition, with minor handling dings. Richard Widmark excelled at playing villains and anti-heroes in noir flicks of the 1940s and 1950s, genuinely disturbing as the giggling psychopath Tommy Udo in Kiss of Death (1947).  He was Oscar-nominated for the role.  He was also memorable in Panic in the Streets  Streets (1950), Night and the City (1950), Pickup on South Street (1953), The Alamo (1960), and Judgment at Nuremberg (1961).  Later in life, Widmark starred in three B-level horror films:  To the Devil a Daughter  Daughter (1976), The Swarm (1978) and Blackout (1985).
