Rare vintage 1 x 4.75-inch ballpoint pen signature, clipped from a piece of letter stationery, dating to the late 1970s or early 1980s. In good condition, with a very faint mailing fold traversing the last letter of his surname. Note that the image of the actor accompanying the scan of the autograph here is not actually included with the item. Among his many wonderful stage, film and television roles, magnetic, coldly handsome Edward Woodward starred in the horror classic The Wicker Man (1973), in the role of Sergeant Howie. Fans of the horror, sci-fi and fantasy genres will also remember him as Dr. Holstrom in the grade-Z cult flick Bloodsuckers (1970), also known as Incense for the Damned.
