Handsome vintage 8x10-inch black and white portrait, boldly signed and inscribed in black fountain or fine-tip pen in the early 1970s.  In very fine condition.  Good-looking, baritone-voiced Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. played men of authority in films like Band of Angels (1957), Bombers B-52 (1957) and A Fever in the Blood (1961) before landing the plum role of Stuart Bailey on T.V.'s "77 Sunset Strip" (1958-1964).  He went on to fine work in Harlow (1965), television's "The F.B.I." (1965-1974), the thriller Wait Until Dark (1967), Airport 1975 (1974), Who Was the Black Dahlia? (1975), and Beyond Witch Mountain (1982).
